The RCTO-WA is led by a team of ITPC Global and ITPC West Africa staff based in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. The RCTO-WA staff manage day-to-day operations and coordinate implementation of the operational plan. They work closely with the national networks to strengthen coordination, finance administration, advocacy activities, research and monitoring, and communications systems.
Alain brings 25 years of extensive experience in the international development sector and has been involved in the HIV response for around two decades. Before joining ITPC, Alain worked for International HIV/AIDS Alliance as Regional Manager for Africa.
Raoul Boka Marius
Raoul is an activist who brings 20 years of experience from the community response, PLHA Networks and social development. He previously held the position of Program Officer OLIVE LEAF Foundation and Acting Director to provide grants to NGOs fighting against HIV/AIDS.
Claude Dablé Gbratto
Claude brings 11 years in the field of financial management, grants management and administration, with a strong knowledge of the Global Fund and the West Africa Region. He supports the implementation of the grant and strengthen the capacity of the Sub-Recipients (SRs) financial systems.
Omar Ben Khatab Gueye
Ben has 11 years of experience in health and community system strengthening and work with civil society, PLHA networks and key populations, with a strong knowledge in monitoring and evaluation and strategic information.
A young bilingual, dynamic and highly motivated woman, Anta-Mariam brings to the team her experience from Save the Children and her background in research and marketing.
Ange Emmanuella Yao
Emmanuella has an Advanced Technician Certificate in Finance Accounting, a Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting, and she is about to complete her Master in Finance and Accounting.
